Do Ionic Hair Brushes and Ionic Hair Dryers really work?

Because I'm worried that it's just a gimmick. Thank you for helping! =) Also, can you recommend me any brands to use? Like which can dry your hair the fastest, energy-saving, afforable and gives the most shine for the hair? Last but not least, is it safe to use?

3. it worked for me. its supposed to neutralize the negative ions in your hair that causes static. i really dont think it harms your hair at all.
